Paolo Carducci, born and raised in the Marche's countryside, finally realize his dream at the age of 40; he buys an old country house and restructures it, hoping to share his passion for the tranquility that the countryside can give.

Between the hills, drawed by the farmers of Treia and Appignano towns, our nature lovers guests will be able to enjoy nice meadows under the shadows of centuries-old oaks, ecological walks between cultivated fields and/or take part at the cultivations and the country house life.

Covering only a few kilometers guests can easily reach the "Sibillini" National Park and the Adriatic coast, not forgetting a visit to the famous italian poet Giacomo Leopardi's house in the city of Recanati and the lyric season in the Sferisterio, located in the city of Macerata.

The country house "La Fattoria" offers rural hospitality in 4 rooms and 1 complete apartment, which one is equipped for handicap, a big hall with an adjacent kitchen at the ground floor and a small kitchen at the first floor.

To preserve the guests privacy, a new automatic gate was recently installed.
